Information we collect
For an enquiry, we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, product interest, locality, optional message and your consent to be contacted. If you provide an email address, we use it to send an enquiry acknowledgement. Basic security logs may record an IP address and request time.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information only to understand your requirement, respond, prepare a quote, arrange an agreed visit or service, prevent spam and maintain necessary business records.
WhatsApp and marketing
Enquiry consent permits contact about that enquiry; it is not marketing consent. Promotional WhatsApp or other marketing messages require a separate, clear opt-in and must include an opt-out route.
Who receives it
Authorised business staff and service providers needed to host the site or deliver the enquiry email may process the information. We do not sell enquiry data.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries should be deleted after 180 days. If an enquiry becomes an order or service case, necessary invoice, installation, warranty and support records may be kept for the applicable legal and service period.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Some records may need to be retained where law requires it.
Security and children
We limit collection, validate form data and restrict access. No online system is risk-free. This site is intended for adults arranging home-improvement purchases, not for children.
